Our client an online gaming company in Gibraltar is searching for a Customer Services Speaking Portuguese. You must be a native Portuguese speaker with an excellent command of English with a dedication to superb customer service.

Your role is to liaise with clients by email and provide them with unparalleled standards of customer care in relation to their gaming experience. The role is to ensure that problems and queries are dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate manner. You will have worked in a customer service role previously ideally in a shift and or an office environment and be dedicated to exception levels of service provision. This is an excellent opportunity to make a move into a progressive and growing company with real chances for promotion.

Salary is circa £18k - 20k depending on experience
