Our client is looking for a
Casino Player Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives through
strategic planning and implementation of effective player marketing and
promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for helping to deliver Casino KPI’s.
• Managing the Casino promotions roadmap from planning to implementation
• Generating ideas and scoping player promotions to increase deposits,
play and player activity, to promote new game releases
• Identify opportunities for and implement cross-sell campaigns to and
from other products (Sportsbook, Poker, Games, Bingo, Skill)
• Working closely with the Design Team to conceptualize promotions
creative and messaging, optimizing offers and communication tools to
ensure the creative assets meet the promotion objectives and concept and
are aligned with the marketing strategy
• Working closely with the Web Team and localization teams to ensure the
website is up to date and promotions are delivered to site effectively
• Responsible for implementing email marketing activities of the casino
• Management and control of bonus budgets and player incentives
• Produce periodic reports as required and analyze trends with focus on
player communications (eCRM metrics, ROI)
Requirements
• Proven relevant work experience in online marketing and/or eCRM ,
preferably Casino in a multiproduct environment
• Understanding of the casino industry, with focus on customers’
expectations and needs, and the ability to deliver solutions that
satisfy them and the business.
• Ability to think outside the box, in terms of creative promotional
ideas and concepts
• Pro-activity, strong problem-solving skills, drive and commitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a Business
standard.
• Ability to cope and deliver under pressure, great attention to detail

Salary range £30k to £40k
